3:07 am - gravity
I just wish the holidays were over. Its just Thanksgiving and the stress has already stuck in full force. As we speak my unfortunate co workings are showering up and getting ready for the dreaded 4am-10am Thanksgiving shift. The store is not open, but we need to prepare for Black Friday. I wish I could pinpoint the moment when the Holidays moved from a gathering of family and friends to what it is today. And what are the Holidays? One of my favorite poets nailed it.

cookclean (scream) cookclean (scream) SMILE! hihowareyou? thankyouyouyou and you for giftcardsclotheschocolate. eat without restraint and burst like a gold fish. enjoy the resonance of the screaming stomping children. no sleep for the joyous! tell me you liked it x 3 (at least) and i'll tell you costreasonlocation 'till you bow in supplication. i'm the best grandma - right? you're not my grandma. escape to webbs for caffeine reload. smoke religiously until you're burning on the inside. and don't you dare stop smiling...

We need a blackout. A massive, nationwide wide blackout of 3 or more days. The vibe has gotten so rotten, and it spreads so quickly. I think we need to disconnect and and restart. What would you do if you had no power for three days? Go for a walk? Read a book? Talk to your neighbors? Loot?

1:49 am - Vicious Traditions
I think this is the 5th go around, but the song still holds up.

I am right by your side, yeah...

Young lover I stand it was their idea,
I proved to be a man
Take my fucking hand it was their idea,
I proved to be a man
Will myself to find a home, a home within myself
We will find a way, we will find our place

Drop the leash, drop the leash...
Get outta my fuckin face }

Drop the leash, we are young

1:52 am - That deam I dad
You know. The one I was attending a music class outside near a cliff, and Thom Yorke was the instructor. But Tom lost his mind and raped some poor girl and started moving quickly away in a non human like way. I took exception to this and called him out. He cornered me, his arm grew twice as long, his face melted, and he started choking me. I woke myself but by yelling "it doesn't have a face" out loud.

2:05 am - Wake up
It looks like Pakistan could fall apart at any moment. Pakistan is a nuclear power. If Pakistan falls apart and the government is overthrown, who gets the nukes? The new government that comes to power? The current president is the chief of the army, maybe he will keep them? Maybe arms dealers? Extremists?

11:00 pm - Happy Birthday War on Terror
6 years of this.

It started fairly well. The US teams up with the Northern Alliance in Afghanistan and pushes the Taliban out with little resistance from a populous that was sick and tired of the fascist regime. Bin Laden escaped, but his little army of madmen was bruised and beaten. That should have been the end of the story.

Bush focused is attention on Iraq and the still blood thirsty nation seemed to back him all the way. I admit I was almost positive that Iraq was a threat and had WMDs. Things really went wrong when Iraq started to cooperate with US demands that they allow UN weapons inspectors to travel about the Country looking for the WMDs. I think Bush was so positive Iraq was illegally armed to the teeth he only got angry when they promptly and publicly destroyed the few missiles the inspectors called ballistic. Once again this should have been the end of the story. Regime change in Afghanistan and some strong arm diplomacy to get Iraq back in compliance with the treaty it signed after the gulf war. Instead we invade Iraq.

I was born and raised conservative but after we invaded even I could see Bush was madman. It just didn’t make any sense. This changed my outlook on politics all together.

And I firmly believe if things went smoothly in Iraq Bush would have invaded Iran.

2:15 am - Boredom is the first step towards relapse
Relapse? I have nothing to relapse back to, I'm just bored you silly subject line.

The normal late night time killing activities like watching porn and reading aren't working. The Office DVDs and Southern Comfort helped last night but I am running out of episodes and booze. And I just dont feel like drinking at all. I cant even read books that only two days ago I couldn't put down. Yet I am desperate to know whats on the next page. I have even considered going to bed and waking up early. Horrifying

In other news, I have shaved. The "go Brewers super terrific Pennant Race beard" is now down the toilet along with the hopes and dreams of countless fans. But its ok, Brett Favre is back to save us. I wish I could get the same satisfaction out of watching local sports teams win as I use to. The Packers have the longest winning streak in the NFL (7 games) and the Badgers have the longest winning streak in D1 college football (14 games). In years past I would be in a great mood. It just doesn't do the same thing for me as it use to.

What if Hilary Clinton is the next US President? What if its another republican? I might as well vote for Micky Mouse, or Woody Guthrie.

This Machine still kills fascists

1:46 am - Baseball
Baseball really is the best of the major American sports. The game has a beauty unlike any other. Maybe its because its not so ridged. In other sports all the playing fields are exactly the same, the games are timed down to the second, and the officials police the action. In baseball every field is unique, the games are played until someone wins, and the players largely police them selfs. Sure umpires make calls on the close plays, but there are no "fouls" or "penalties" in baseball. Its a game of leisure, and isn't leisure the reason we play games?

2:28 am - Ok
Maybe I should forget school and get a place. Better yet, disappear and turn up 3 years from now all shaggy and gross. Why would I want to get into Journalism? I dont like writing, and am not good at writing. Not to mention I wouldnt make any money. I did invent something today, but I am not sure how to turn that kind of idea into money. I wish I were water soluble, so when I took a shower I could see exactly where the pipes go. If you have single female friends you should tell them about me. I am getting sick of food, I really want to eat watermelon and watermelon only. I David Koresh really that different from Jesus? You know what would be really easy? Join the army and become a God fearing republican. Off to masturbate
